Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 2 October 2003 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature, Margaret Ann Hind, a person having parental responsibility, on behalf of THOMAS DANIEL HIND, formerly Thomas Daniel Cameron, of 1 Sandalwood Drive, Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, a child, single and a British citizen, abandoned, on behalf of the said Thomas Daniel Hind the surname of Cameron and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Hind.
