I hereby give notice that, by a Deed Poll dated 6 August 2003 and enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 1LL on 23 October 2003, I, Tracy Ann Anthony, of 22 Edward Road, Irchester, Northamptonshire NN29 7BN, the mother of MARCUS EDWARD ANTHONY, an unmarried child and a British citizen by birth, as defined by the British Nationality Act 1981, section 1(1), renounced, relinquished and abandoned the name of Stearn and assumed the name of Anthony.
