I hereby give notice that, by a Deed Poll dated 15 October 2003 and enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 1LL on 22 October 2003, I, BARBARA BAKER, of 72 Pottingfield Road, Rye, East Sussex, single and a British citizen by birth pursuant to section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, renounced, relinquished and abandoned the name of Barbara Turner and assumed the name of Barbara Baker. 15 October 2003.
