Notice is hereby given that, by a Deed Poll dated 20 May 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 29 October 2003, Frances Earnshaw, the person having parental responsibility for KAYSHA ELINOR DOLTON, formerly Keisha Elin Dolton, of 8 j Peabody Buildings, Dufferin Street, London EC1Y 8SA, single, a minor of two years of age and a British citizen, by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Keisha Elin Dolton and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Kaysha Elinor Dolton.
