Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a Dividend to unsecured Creditors herein within a period of 4 months from the last date of proving. Last day for receiving proofs is 12 December 2003. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before the above date, to send their proofs of debt to Gerald F Davis, Heathcote & Coleman, Heathcote House, 136 Hagley Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham B16 9PN, and to provide such further details or produce documentary evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary.
