Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a First Dividend to Creditors of the above-named Company within 4 months of the last date of proving, which shall not be less than 21 days from the date of this notice. Any Creditor who has not yet lodged a proof of debt in the above matter must do so by 19 December 2003, or will be excluded from this Dividend.
