Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 24 October 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 28 November 2003 by Catherine Margaret Martin, of 69 Bohelland Road, Penryn, Cornwall, the person having parental responsibility for MATHEW JOHN MARTIN who is 14 years of age, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Briimacombe and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Martin.
