Notice is hereby given that the Financial Services Authority has cancelled the registration
of Clay Cross Building Society (Register No 128B) which was dissolved by virtue of
section 94(10) of the Building Societies Act 1986 following the transfer of its engagements
to Derbyshire Building Society (Register No 165B) on 1 December 2003.
