In the Banbury County Court  No 28 of 1993 BRIAN EDWARD ASHMALL Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Trustee of the above-named Debtor intends to declare and distribute a First Dividend to Creditors within the period of 4 months from the last date for proving mentioned below. Every person claiming to be a Creditor of the above-named Debtor is required, on or before 31 January 2004, which is the last date for proving, to submit his proof of debt to the Trustee of the above-named Debtor at Peter Edwards & Co., 4 Meadow Court, 41-43 High Street, Witney OX28 6RN, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Trustee to be necessary.
