Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 12 September 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 15 January 2004, Heather Momber, as parent, on behalf of HARRY JAMES MOMBER, a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, and, as parent, on behalf of SAMANTHA JAYNE MOMBER, a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Dennison and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Momber in respect of each of the children.
