Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 31 October 2003 and enrolled at the Supreme Court of Judicature on 15 January 2004, we, Sitki Suruk and Sultan Suruk, as persons having parental responsibility, on behalf of the said BERKAY SURUK, who is a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name Berkay Bulut Suruk and assumed the name of Berkay Suruk.
