THE CARMARTHENSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (NORTH CARMARTHENSHIRE AND CEREDIGION LINK ROAD (LLANDYSUL BYPASS), ROUTES B4336/A486 CLASSIFIED ROADS) (SIDES ROADS) ORDER 2003

The Carmarthenshire County Council hereby give notice that they propose to apply to the National Assembly for Wales to modify the plan referred to in an Order made under sections 14 and 125 of the Highways Act 1980—for authorising the Council: (a) to improve, raise, lower or otherwise alter highways, (b) to stop up highways, (c) to construct new highway, (d) to stop up private means of access to premises, and (e) to provide new means of access to premises. Copies of the modified plan may be inspected free of charge at all reasonable hours from 4 February 2004 to 19 March 2004 at the offices of the Carmarthenshire County Council (Head of Legal Services), County Hall, Carmarthen; The offices of Ceredigion County Council at Canolfan Ceredigion Porth Terrace Llandyssul Ceredigion SA44 4QS; and at the Planning Inspectorate, Crown Buildings, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ. As a consequence of the above proposed application by Carmarthenshire County Council the period originally granted for objecting to the confirmation of the Order has been extended from 1 March 2004 to 19 March 2004 therefore Any person may not later than 19 March 2004 object to the confirmation of the Order by notice to the National Assembly for Wales at the Planning Inspectorate, Crown Buildings, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ stating the title of the Order and the grounds of objection.
