Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a First Dividend will be paid within a period of 4 months from the last date of proving. The last date for Creditors to prove claims in this liquidation is 5 March 2004. Creditors of the above-named Company should send their addresses, descriptions and full particulars of their debt or claims to G W Rhodes, Begbies Traynor, 2-3 Pavilion Buildings, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1EE.
