Notice of Intended Dividends

I Susan Maund, the Joint Liquidator herein hereby give notice of my intention to declare a Dividend payable to the unsecured Creditors in the above matter. All Creditors that have not already done so are invited to prove the debts on or before the last date for proving, being 2 March 2004. Any Creditor wishing to obtain a proof of debt form should write to me at Baker Tilly, International House, Queens Road, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 3XE. Please note that any Creditor that does not submit their claim by 2 March 2004 will be excluded from this Dividend that will be declared within 4 months from the last date for proving. No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given.
