I, Peter Alan Langard, being Trustee of the above-named hereby give notice pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that I intend within four months of 31 March 2004 to make payment by way of a final distribution to Creditors. Any Creditor who has not submitted their claim to me by 30 March 2004 will be excluded from such distribution.
