Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 30 January 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 19 February 2004, SHANTAL MARIE STONEHOLD, of 9 Arnside Grove, Sale, Cheshire, who is single and a British citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Shantal Marie Broadbent and assumed the name of Shantal Marie Stonehold. 3 February 2004.
