Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 25 November 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 12 February 2004, Katie Jane Teft, of 48 Rowley Road, Boston, Lincolnshire, the person having parental responsibility for KIRSTEN LEA TEFT, who is 8 months of age, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Kirsten Lea Chase and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Kirsten Lea Teft.
