Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 27 January 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 1 March 2004, Anita Meadows, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of the said WARREN MEADOWS, of 33 Hundon Place, Haverhill, Suffolk CB9 0AP, a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Warren Dye and assumed the name of Warren Meadows. 1 March 2004.
