BURIAL ACT 1853

Notice is hereby given that representations have been made to Her Majesty in Council by the Secretary of State for the Home Department that burials should be discontinued in the following places of burial and that Her Majesty in Council was pleased on 10 March 2004 to order that such representations be taken into account by a Committee of the Privy Council on 26 April 2004. 1. All Saints Churchyard, Durrington, Salisbury, Wiltshire. 2. St James Churchyard, Christow, Exeter. 3. The Remainder of Christ Church Churchyard, Little Drayton, Shropshire. 4. St James’ Churchyard and Extension, Stirchley, Telford, Shropshire. 5. Holy Trinity Churchyard, Rothwell, Metropolitan Borough of Leeds. 6. St Peter’s Churchyard, Bishopsworth, Bristol. 7. All Saints Churchyard Extension, Madeley, Crewe. 8. St John’s Churchyard, Stonefold, Haslingden, Lancashire. 9. Melton Old Churchyard, Melton, Suffolk. 10. St Mary Magdalene Churchyard, Medomsley, County Durham.
