In accordance with Rule 11.2 of Insolvency Rules 1986, I am giving notice to Creditors who have not yet proved their debts that I intend to declare a Dividend to Creditors within 4 months of 30 April 2004. Creditors who have not proved their debts are therefore given until 30 April 2004 to submit their proof of debt form to me at Brebner Allen Trapp, 3rd Floor, Royal Victoria House, 51-55 The Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN2 5TD, along with any supporting evidence of their claim. Any Creditor not submitting a claim by this date will not be considered for Dividend purposes.
