Pursuant to Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, notice is hereby given that the Liquidator intends to make a distribution to Creditors of the above-named Company, and that the last date for proving debts against the above-named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, is 14 May 2004, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, Samantha Keen, of Grant Thornton, 31 Carlton Crescent, Southampton SO15 2EW, the Liquidator of the Company. After 14 May 2004 the Liquidator may distribute the assets of the Company without regard to the claim of any person of a debt not already proved.
