NUMBER 1 DECLARATION OF DAN YR OGOF NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE COMMUNITY OF TAWE-UCHAF
COUNTY OF POWYS
Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 19(1) of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 and Section 35 (1) (a) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 that by the Dan yr Ogof National Nature Reserve No 1 Declaration 2004 made on the 2 day of April 2004 the Countryside Council for Wales declared that the land containing 0.52 hectares (1.28 acres) or thereabouts situated in the Community of Tawe-Uchaf in the County of Powys and shown edged red on the plan attached to the said Declaration is the subject of an Agreement entered into with the Council under the provisions of Section 16 of the above mentioned Act and that the land is being managed as a National Nature Reserve. A certified copy of the said Declaration with plan attached has been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the Office of Brecon Beacons National Park, Plas y Ffynnon, Cambrian Way, Brecon, Powys LD3 7HP, from Monday to Friday inclusive during normal office hours. Certified copies may also be inspected at the offices of the Countryside Council for Wales at Maes-y-Ffynnon, Ffordd Penrhos, Bangor, Gwynedd LL57 2DN, and at Cantref Court, Brecoon Road, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire NP7 7AX, from Monday to Friday inclusive during normal office hours, and at the National Showcaves Centre for Wales, Dan yr Ogof, Abercrave, Swansea SA9 1GJ.
