Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 4 March 2004 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 18 March 2004, the Nottinghamshire County Council, the legal Guardian of NATASHA LOUISE GLENN, formerly known as Natasha Louise Bell and also known as Natasha Louise Loughnane, of 43 Wentworth Road, Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, a child, single and a British citizen, abandoned on behalf of the said Natasha Louise Glenn the surnames of Bell and Loughnane and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Glenn.
