Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 19 January 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 16 March 2004, by Farid Rehouma and Emma Jane O’Neill, of 106 Epsom Avenue, Sale, Cheshire M33 4QX, the persons having parental responsibility for REECE KARIM REHOUMA, who is 4 years of age, single and a British citizen by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Rahouma and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Rehouma.
