Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 8 March 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 9 March 2004, I, ROBIN ZAKUDE TRAVIS, of 46 Lathe Court, Lakefield Road, Wolverhampton, single and a British citizen by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Robin Zakude Ndelu and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Robin Zakude Travis.
