Supreme Court of Judicature on 5 April 2004, Susan Patricia Reimer as person having
parental responsibility on behalf of the said PHILIP JAMES REIMER, of 9 Cherry Tree
Park, Balerno, Edinburgh, Scotland EH14 5AQ, who is a child, single and a British
citizen, under section 1(3) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name
of Philip Edward Reimer and assumed the name of Philip James Reimer.
