Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that we, Ian Carr, of Grant Thornton, Byron House, Cambridge Business Park, Cowley Road, Cambridge CB4 0WZ and Malcolm Cork, of Moore Stephens, 1 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2EN, being the Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company, intend to declare a First and Final Dividend within the period of 4 months from 12 May 2004. Those Creditors who have not yet proved their debts in the liquidation are required, on or before 12 May 2004, to send their names and addresses with particulars of their debts to Malcolm Cork, at Moore Stephens, 1 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2EN, and, if so required in writing by either of the Joint Liquidators, personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice or, in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any Dividend declared before such debt is proved.
