Pursuant to an Order made by the St Albans County Court on 15 April 2004, I hereby give notice that Mr Lewis has made an application to the Court for an annulment of his Bankruptcy, pursuant to section 282(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986, on the grounds that the Bankruptcy debt and the Bankruptcy expenses have all or will all be paid or secured to the satisfaction of the Court.
