Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I, William Paxton, the Liquidator of the above-named Company intend to pay a First Dividend to Creditors within a period of 4 months from the last date of proving mentioned below. Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 21 May 2004, which is the last day for proving, to submit their proof of debt to me at the offices of Robson Laidler LLP, Fernwood House, Fernwood Road, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 1TJ and, if so requested, produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the Dividend or any other Dividend declared before his debt is proved.
