Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 5 November 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 22 April 2004, Simon Bain Wight, of 65 Green Lane, Clanfield, Waterlooville, Hampshire PO8 0JX, the person having parental reponsibility for GAVIN BAIN WIGHT, who is 17 years of age, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name Gavin Bain Muir and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Gavin Bain Wight.
