Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 20 July 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 15 April 2004, I, PAUL ANTHONY REY-BURNS, of 97 a Tufnell Park Road, London N7 0PS, married and a British citizen, by virtue of section 11 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Burns and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Rey-Burns.
