Notice is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between Arthur John Stapleton Cotton of Arnolds, Beare Green, Dorking, Surrey RH5 4QA, and William David Stapleton Cotton of 10 Westlands Way, Oxted, Surrey RH8 0ND, carrying on business as Solicitors and Commissioners for Oaths at 62 The Street, Ashtead, Surrey KT21 1AT, under the style or firm of Cotton & Co., has been dissolved by mutual consent as from 24 May 2004 as far as concerns Arthur John Stapleton Cotton and William David Stapleton Cotton who retire from the said firm on its acquisition by Peter Blomfield Willows, Richard Andrew Rose, Paul Arnold Edwin Harvey and David Crispin Kingham, Partners of Morrisons of Clarendon House, Clarendon Road, Redhill, Surrey RH1 1FB. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm incurred up to 24 May 2004 will be received and paid respectively by the retiring Partners. Any debts due to and owing by the said late firm incurred since 24 May 2004 will be received and paid respectively by the Partners of Morrisons who will carry on the said business in Partnership as part of the firm of Morrisons aforesaid under the style of Morrisons as successor practice.
