Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 7 April 2004 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 8 June 2004, PAUL ALAN BAYLEY-JONES, of 42 Beech Street, Summerhill, Wrexham LL11 4UF, married and a British citizen, under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 11, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Jones and has assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of Bayley-Jones instead of the surname Jones so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Paul Alan Bayley-Jones exclusively.
