Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 16 April 2004 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 6 May 2004, Esther Ndenge Harry, the mother and legal guardian of ADETAYO SAIDU ADESINA-HARRY formerly known as Adetayo Saidu Adesina, a minor and a British citizen, under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 1, assumed, on behalf of Adetayo Saidu Adesina-Harry, the surname of Harry in addition to the surname of Adesina as his last and principal name so as to be at all times known and described by the name of Adetayo Saidu Adesina-Harry.
