Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 9 April 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 19 May 2004, Mariglen Sollaku and Claire Elaine Sollaku as persons having parental responsibility, on behalf of the said ALESIA SOLLAKU, who is a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Alesia Gjoshi and assumed the name of Alesia Sollaku. 9 April 2004.
