Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 30 December 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 17 May 2004 by Head of Corporate Services, of Dorset County Council, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1JX, the person having parental responsiblity for MARK PRESSLEE, formerly Mark Caswell, who is 13 years of age, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Caswell and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Presslee. 17 May 2004.
