Notice is hereby given that I, GULED AIDID HANAF, of 31 Maryatt Avenue, Harrow, Middlesex HA2 0SR, formerly called and known by the name of Guled Abdullahi, a citizen of the United Kingdom by naturalisation, give public notice that, on 8 April 2004, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my name of Guled Abdullahi and assumed and adopted in place thereof the name of Guled Aidid Hanaf and further that such change of name is evidenced by a Deed Poll dated 8 April 2004 under my hand duly executed by me and attested and enrolled in the Enrolment Department of the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature.
