Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 20 April 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 6 May 2004, LIANNE ALCOCK, of 15 Attlee Road, Cheadle, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Hathaway and assumed the surname of Alcock.
