Notice of Intended Dividends

Pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, notice is hereby given that the last date for proving debts against the above-named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, is 15 July 2004, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, Ian Carr and Andrew Conquest, of Grant Thornton, Byron House, Cambridge Business Park, Cowley Road, Cambridge CB4 0WZ, the Liquidators of the Company. Notice is further given that the Liquidators intend to pay a First Dividend within 4 months of the last date for proving. Any Creditor who fails to lodge their claim, in the prescribed form, by 15 July 2004, will be excluded from participation in the Dividend. I S Carr, Joint Liquidator 18 June 2004.
