Notice of Intended Dividends

I, David Oprey, being the Joint Liquidator of the above-named Company, intend to declare and distribute an interim Dividend in the above matter. Creditors who have not proved their claims in the liquidation by 6 August 2004 will be excluded from the Dividend. It is intended that a Dividend will be declared within 4 months from the above date, being the last date for receiving proofs of debt in this matter. Claims should be sent to Chantrey Vallacott DFK, 1st Floor, 16-17 Boundary Road, Hove, East Sussex BN3 4AN.
