DECLARATION OF NATURE RESERVE—JELLYFIELDS, WALDITCH PARISH OF BOTHENHAMPTON AND WALDITCH, COUNTY OF DORSET

Notice is hereby given by West Dorset District Council, in pursuance of section 19 of the above-mentioned Act, that by the Jellyfields, Walditch Local Nature Reserve Declaration 2004, made on 2 July 2004, 2.9 hectares (or thereabouts) situated in the parish of Bothenhampton and Walditch in the county of Dorset and shown edged red on the plan attached to the said Declaration is being managed as a Local Nature Reserve. Certified copies of the said Declaration with plan attached have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge, at the offices of West Dorset District Council at 58-60 High West Street, Dorchester, Dorset and Mountfield, Downes Street, Bridport, Dorset from Monday to Friday inclusive during normal office hours.
