NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO APPLY FOR A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER
Take notice that Hall Hunter Partnership, Heathlands Farm, Honey Hill, Wokingham,
Berkshire RG40 3BG, is applying to the Environment Agency for a licence to abstract
water, the details of which are as follows:
Abstraction at the following rates: 55 cubic metres per hour; 1,320 cubic metres
per day; 160,000 cubic metres per year, between 1 January and 31 December each year
from a new borehole into the Lower Greensand located on Tuesley Farm, Tuesley Lane,
Godalming, Surrey GU7 1UG (National Grid Ref [NGR] SU 9687 4155), to provide water
for spray irrigation and general agricultural use.
A copy of the application and any maps, plans and other documents submitted with
it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at The Farm Office, Tuesley
Farm, Tuesley Lane, Milford, Surrey GU7 1UG, between 30 July 2004 and 27 August 2004.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so
in writing to the Environment Agency, Team Leader Water Resources, Swift House, Frimley
Business Park, Camberley, Surrey GU16 7SQ, before the end of the said period, quoting
the name of the applicant.
