Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 29 March 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 23 July 2004, I, Edith Nkiruka Ekeh, of 95 Dowanhill Road, London SE6 1BX, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said PEACE CHIAMAKA OGOCHUKWU MGBEDIKE, who is a child, single and a Commonwealth/British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Peace Chiamaka Ogochukwu Ekeh and assumed the name of Peace Chiamaka Ogochukwu Mgbedike. 29 March 2004.
