Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 9 April 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 23 July 2004 by Suzanne Maria Bran, of 62 Estcourt Road, London SE25 4SB, the person having parental responsibility for JAMES DOUGLAS BRAN, who is 16 years of age, single and a British citizen by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname Lorraine and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Bran.
