Notice is hereby given that I, Jane Caroline Holt, of Lower Fold, Soyland, Ripponden, Sowerby Bridge, Halifax, West Yorkshire, a citizen of the United Kingdom by birth give public notice on behalf of my children HANNAH ELIZABETH HOLT and THOMAS RICHARD HOLT, who are British citizens under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, that on 18 May 2004, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of their surname of Bird and assumed and adopted on their behalf in place thereof the surname of Holt and further that such change of name is evidenced by Deed Poll dated 18 May 2004, under my hand duly executed by me and attested and enrolled in the Enrolment Department of the Central Office of The Supreme Court of Judicature on 16 July 2004.
