Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 9 February 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 13 August 2004, Victoria Helen James, as the person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said GEORGIA LEE JAMES, of 67 Trelissick Fields, Hayle, Cornwall, who is a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Georgia Lee Johns and assumed the name of Georgia Lee James.
