Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28 July 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 5 August 2004, Tracy May McClelland Byrne as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said SEAREE BYRNE, who is a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Helen Tammie Robertson and assumed the name of Searee Byrne.
