Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that a First Interim Dividend will be paid within a period of 4 months from the last date of proving. The last date for Creditors to prove their claim in this liquidation is 10 September 2004. Creditors of the above-named Company should send their addresses, descriptions and full particulars of their debt or claims to the undersigned, S Hoffman, Lewis Alexander & Collins, 103 Portland Street, Manchester M1 6DF. Under Rule 11.3(2) a Liquidator if not obliged to deal with claims lodged after the date or proving.
