Notice is hereby given that by Deed Polls dated 18 August 2004, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 19 August 2004, by Clare Chance, of 55 Dulwich Road, London SE24 0NJ, the person having parental responsibility for: EVA CHANCE, 5 years old, MAX CHANCE, 4 years old and ZACK CHANCE, 2 years old, single and British citizens by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Thompson and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Chance. 19 August 2004.
