Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 4 June 2004, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 20 August 2004, ANNABELLE MARGARET TODD-LEASK, 12 Beech Glen, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 7DQ, is single, a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Annabelle Margaret Leask and assumed the name of Annabelle Margaret Todd-Leask.
